Where we are
The roasting happens at Grinidammen 10, 1359 Eiksmarka. It's a working roastery rather than a shop, so there's no counter to walk up to and no one there to answer the door most days. If you'd like to visit, send an email first and we'll find a time.

Most of what happens here shows up on Instagram first roasts in progress, new coffees before they launch, and the occasional roast of a new fermentation experiment that didn't go to plan.
DMs work too, though email gets answered faster.
